Revision Plan for JKCET, WBJEE, JCECE, IPU, UPSEE, BCECE, CGPET, JCECE, JEE MAIN, JEE ADVANCED AND BITSAT

In my career a IIT Coach, I have seen students revising without any plan. Most of the students start revision without knowing how much time is left for revision and don’t make overall revision plan. As a result most of the students are good in the starting chapters but are poor in chapters at end. I often find students good in kinematics and laws of motion and extremely weak in thermodynamics and waves.

Here We at Dream IIT are presenting Revision Plan for various engineering and medical entrance exams like JKCET, WBJEE, JCECE, IPU, UPSEE, BCECE, CGPET,  JCECE, JEE MAIN, JEE ADVANCED AND BITSAT.

To Make a Revision Plan you will need to make a chart as shown. You will need saperate charts for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. I will make Sample Study plan for Physics

Important

Not Important

Strong

 Unit and Dimensions

Kinematics

Laws of Motion

Rotational Mechanics

SHM Gravitation

Center of Mass

Weak

Work Energy and Power

Fluid Mechanics

Thermodynamics

WavesSurface Tension and Viscosity

I have filled the some of the chapters you need to fill each and every chapter. Try to fill equal chapter in each column. so at the end you will have 6-7 chapters in each box.

Now in order to revise you need to make a time bound plan and execute it in exact manner.

In order to crack the competitive exams you need to focus on Important chapters you are strong and weak at.

Important

Not Important

Strong

 35 %
 10 %

Weak

40 %
15 %

So, If you have 100 hours for revision(Calculate it well then subtract 20%) you divide it accordingly and then start your preparation.

You should always focus on important topics (from which more questions are asked) and devote most  of the time to them. In Competitive exams its more about capitalizing your strength.

Your Preparation should be at a level that you should be able to solve easy question from any chapter and medium and difficult question from your strong chapters.

Make Separate plan for each subject. Execute it well and I am sure you will rock. Best of Luck.
