Expected Cut Off of JEE Main 2016

Cut Off is the minimum marks a candidate need to score in JEE Main to be eligible for JEE Advance. It is also the minimum marks needed for counselling of JEE Main.

Cut off of JEE Main depends on the difficulty level of question paper. As JEE Main act as qualifying exam for JEE Advanced cut of are highly important. Before expecting cut off for JEE Main 2016 it is important to note that Cut Off depends on difficulty level of questions asked in the exam.

JEE Main 2014 Cut-Off

The JEE Main 2016 paper was over all average paper so we should not expect much lower or much higher cut off. On over all difficulty level I would say Chemistry was as usual easy and Physics and Maths were average.

Last year in JEE Main 2015 Physics paper was really difficult so cut off in 2015 was lower as compared to 2014 and 2013.
